devel package for compat-db-4.2.52-5.1.i386.rpm

Hello, is there a development packagage for compat-
db-4.2.52-5.1.i386.rpm?. I was doing good pretty good downloading
packages for el5 from dag.wieers.com until I did not find one for
bmf. I downloaded the bmf-0.9.4-1.i386.rpm package from freshmeat but
it was compiled with and older db-4.0. So I tried to compile from
source but no devel libraries :(

Maybe there is a source package of db4 corresponding to the binary
package? If so, you can build the devel package yourself.
